then penny size, \u00be\u201d diameter or larger thereafter<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-offset-key=\"550a2-0-0\"><span data-text=\"true\"> Measured wind speeds of 50 mph or greater<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-offset-key=\"44og6-0-0\"><span data-text=\"true\"> Flooding and flash flooding where none normally occurs<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-offset-key=\"6aeto-0-0\"><span data-text=\"true\"> Rotating wall clouds, funnel clouds, or tornadoes<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-offset-key=\"b58of-0-0\"><span data-text=\"true\"> Damage caused by high winds such as downed limbs and trees and their approximate diameter and building and roof damage.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div data-offset-key=\"7426c-0-0\" data-block=\"true\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"7426c-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"7426c-0-0\"><span data-text=\"true\">Spotter reports are always needed when severe weather is occurring. <\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div data-offset-key=\"dgqf4-0-0\" data-block=\"true\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"dgqf4-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"dgqf4-0-0\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div data-offset-key=\"3hsdm-0-0\" data-block=\"true\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"3hsdm-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"3hsdm-0-0\"><span data-text=\"true\">Spotters may make reports via:<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div data-offset-key=\"fgftv-0-0\" data-block=\"true\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"fgftv-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"fgftv-0-0\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-offset-key=\"bn6ef-0-0\"><span data-text=\"true\"> the Central Carolina SKWYARN net on the 146.88 repeater<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-offset-key=\"5urv9-0-0\"><span data-text=\"true\"> the Central Carolina SKYWARN Facebook page<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-offset-key=\"f1lsn-0-0\"><span data-text=\"true\"> the Raleigh National Weather Facebook page<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-offset-key=\"12sh2-0-0\"><span data-text=\"true\"> the confidential Raleigh NWS telephone number given to spotters during training<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-offset-key=\"ah8c2-0-0\"><span data-text=\"true\"> Twitter<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-offset-key=\"1490j-0-0\"><span data-text=\"true\"> email &#8211;
