The Raleigh National Weather Service has directed Central Carolina SKYWARN to activate on the morning of January 28, 2021. We will hold 2 winter weather nets, one at 7:00 AM and one at 8:00 AM, on the 145.210 repeater for the purpose of taking snowfall total accumulations.

We will be asking for the following criteria for each net:

*Callsign and name

*Location – Street/Cross street, city & county.

*Measured accumulation of snow

*Impacts such as road conditions (particularly any roads that are closed or impassable).

Reports will also be accepted on the Central Carolina SKYWARN Facebook page. Your winter weather photos are welcome too!
